giventofly87 I’ve listened to “Drifter’s Sympathy” twice now, and I’ve loved Emil’s stories and perspective. But finally listening to Holy Sons, I’m just floored. The sheer amount of creativity and thoughtfulness bursting in these songs and lyrics is just incredible, and this is just his first collection of home recordings. Holy Sons might just be my new favorite band. Favorite track: Wounded Son.

m k I first heard a many-times-bootlegged copy of Lost Decade in 2004. I thought it was the best thing I'd ever heard then and I still think so now. Favorite track: A Rail.
